OP Thomas, a senior member of DNA Money team, passed away on Saturday. He was 56. He was battling cancer since April 2016.
Thomas, who had more than two decades of experience in business journalism, joined DNA in December 2013. Fondly called OP by his colleagues, he worked with UNI, Dow Jones, Financial Express and Times of India, among others. He wrote on stock markets, banking and consumer-related issues. He is survived by wife Beena Thomas and two children
