Attacking the Shiv Sena for its claim that the Union Government has rated Mumbai as the best city, Fadnavis said that the economic survey has been misused by the Shiv Sena and it has happened because Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray has made the wrong choices when it comes to his advisers.

Pointing out that in terms of transparency and ward-wise financial allocation, the BMC had received zero marks, he said it was the same situation with regard to work done last year. He said that it is only because of state government-related efficiency that the BMC could achieve third position and save face.
