The Cuffe Parade Residents Association (CPRA) released a magazine for its members on Thursday. The association members also applauded the efforts of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in meeting them and assuring them to resolve their issues. The residents have raised severe concerns of illegal encroachments on reserved government plots.

The CPRA members met Fadnavis to discuss the problems in their locality. They also raised concerns about traffic menace. The 5,000 magazines were delivered to the residents to involve them in the day-to-day activities of the CPRA.

"We make sure that the participation of residents is equal to that of the committee members. Youths, senior citizens and women will participate in the events," said Padmakar Nandekar, the secretary-general, CPRA.

"We have praised the efforts of our Chief Minister in the magazine for resolving our issues. The residents should be aware of the day-to-day events which is taking place in our locality and the way it has been tackled efficiently by the committee members.", said Nandekar.
