Cops put traffic restrictions in place for Metro commuters' safety

The Mumbai traffic police have made elaborate parking restrictions for the safety and security of Metro rail commuters.

Following are the restrictions that will be put in place. Areas below Versova, DN Nagar and Azad Nagar metro railway stations have been declared as no-parking zones...

Below Versova metro station on JP Road, east- and west-bound corridor up to 100 metres of JP Road

Below Versova metro station from where Balasaheb Sawant Marg meets the station, on both sides on the Marg from JP Road up to 200 metres

Below Versova metro station from where Model Town Road meets JP Road, on Model Town Road up to 200 metres from JP Road

Below DN Nagar metro station on JP Road, on both corridors of JP Road and also east and west sides of this station up to 100 metres

Below DN Nagar metro station where Bhai Bhagat Road meets JP Road from west, on both sides of Bhai Bhagat Road up to 200 metres from JP Road

Below Azad Nagar metro station, both corridors of JP Road and also towards east and west up to 100 metres

Below Azad Nagar metro station from where Veera Desai Road meets JP Road, on both the corridors of Veera Desai Road up to 200 metres from JP Road

Below Azad Nagar metro station from where Dadabhai Road meets JP Road, on both the corridors of Dadabhai Road up to 200 metres from JP Road
