The model, who was allegedly threatened and raped by three policemen from the Sakinaka station, had stated in her complaint that one of the policemen forced himself on her five times.

The incident happened on April 3, when the three cops, in civvies, barged into a five-star hotel room where she was with a friend. The three had threatened her and taken her out and pressed prostitution charges on her.
Though the three policemen have been arrested, they have denied sexually harassing her.

But in her complaint to police commissioner Rakesh Maria, she said she was repeatedly abused by one police officer in a dimly-lit chowkey. The Sangarsh Nagar chowkey did not had any CCTV camera, she said.
After reaching there, another accused Ayesha Malvia (24), who posed as a woman constable, removed all her cash, jewellery, purse and perfumes.

"She even asked me to remove my blazer and touched me inappropriately in front of the male cops. This was really embarrassing," said the victim in her complaint.

"The worst part was when senior inspector (detection), a fat man with glasses, started molesting me in a small room many times. He forced himself on me. I even have a bite on my neck. He touched me inappropriately. I somehow requested him to stop. He kept on saying that if you want yourself free, cooperate, and he repeated this five times," the complaint said.

What's more, the policeman who sexually abused her, threatened to visit her residence, she said.

"The same cop told me that I have your address and will keep coming to your house. I was so scared that I could not complain," she said. She further alleged that the policemen repeatedly forced her to accept that she was a prostitute who charged Rs 2 lakh and forcefully made her write a statement accepting that she was a prostitute.

The model told the police that she had met her co-oridnator Aman just a month back through a local search engine. She said it was her first assignment and Aman had told her to meet a Gujarati businessman, Hashmi, at the coffee shop of the hotel.

When Hashmi asked her to come to her room, she smelled something fishy and called her friend for help. She told the police that she believed Aman and Hashmi were part of the racket.

"We are looking for Aman and Hashmi, who were named by the victim in her complaint. Once we get them, we will come to know whether they were part of the entire conspiracy that was hatched by the arrested-accused," said an officer from the Mumbai crime branch.
