A cultural program has been organised where the community members will perform in a traditional way. This year, the highlights of the celebration include selling of fresh fish and local produce of vegetables and fruits along with a variety of mangoes. East Indian style cuisine, merchandise, and books will also be available"

He added, "There will be a special performance by our community members. Seven people from the community will perform East Indian Ghumat to make the programme lively."

As per the community members, it is celebrated mainly to keep the tradition and culture alive.
