The Mumbai police arrested a Madrasa teacher for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting an eight-year-old boy on Saturday. The teacher took the boy to his room and was attempting to sodomise him when the boy took a pen from his shirt and stabbed the teacher repeatedly before escaping.

The Mumbai police arrested a Madrasa teacher for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting an eight-year-old boy on Saturday. The teacher took the boy to his room and was attempting to sodomise him when the boy took a pen from his shirt and stabbed the teacher repeatedly before escaping.
According to police, the incident took place Saturday when the class four student, studying in Deedee's Madrasa, was coming back from tuition. The accused Madrasa teacher told him to come with him. When the boy refused, the teacher forcefully took him to his home, started assaulting him and attempted to sodomise him. However, the boy used the pen he had to save himself.
The Sewri police have arrested the teacher. "After fleeing from the spot, the boy reached his tuition class and informed his teacher about the incident. The teacher, along with other people, then went to the Madrasa teacher's home and caught him. They handed him over to us. We have booked him under the relevant sections of POCSO and Indian Penal Code," said Sudhir Madhe, Senior Police Inspector of Sewri police station.
