Bikers molest teen outside her residential complex

A 19-year-old girl was molested by unknown bikers in Kalyan on Wednesday when she was standing outside her residential complex. The accused duo held the girl's hand and made lewd gestures.

"The girl was standing outside the complex when suddenly two youths approached the girl and held her hand," said a Khadakpada police official.

He added: "It was only when the girl screamed for help, the bikers fled from the spot. We have registered a case under section 354(molestation) of the Indian Penal Code. We are trying to identify the accused and are checking the CCTV camera footage of locality to trace the youths. The girl was so traumatised that she could not even note down the registration number of the bike."
