Bhima Koregaon violence: Jignesh Mevani, Umar Khalid to address students today

Dalit icon Jignesh Mevani, student activist Umar Khalid, Richa Singh and MLC Kapil Patil would be part of the All India Students Summit 2018, an event organised by students’ group Chatra Bharati on Thursday where they would speak about issues ranging from student politics to politics in the country. The event is scheduled to take place at the Bhaidas Auditorium in Vile Parle on Thursday between 11 am to 6 pm. The organisers were confident that the event would take place as per the schedule. 

“All the speakers have confirmed that they would come and we are expecting a great session,” said Sachin Bansode, one of the organisers. MLC Patil said: “The event would happen as per the plan.”
