Aspiring scriptwriter molested in Lonavla hotel

A 24-year-old aspiring scriptwriter was allegedly molested by two persons who promised her work in Bollywood. According to Lonavla police, the incident took place at a hotel in Lonavla on January 8.

The victim registered a case against the accused, identified as Rudraksh Raje Bhosale and  Faruq Ali Ansari. While Ansari has been arrested, Bhosale is still at large.  

Ansari had introduced the woman to Bhosale after asking her to come to Lonavla. “Ansari took Rs5,000 from her for the introduction,” said Gajanan Deshmukh, assistant police inspector. Bhosale took her to a hotel on January 8. He told her to stay back saying a director would be coming to see her. “He allegedly demanded sexual favours from her and molested her. However, the girl protested and shooed him away. Next morning, she left for Mumbai,” added Deshmukh.
