Apartments, villas and plots on display at Kerala property expo

The 20th edition of Kerala Property Exhibition will be held on Saturday and Sunday in Vashi. Organised by Identity Events, the exhibition will feature builders from Kerala with projects that include apartments, villas and plots.

There are a total of 10 builders from Kerala including Desai Homes, Josalukkas Properties, Nucleus Properties, Nila Homes, Newline Builders, Abad Builders, among others. Property Talkies is the company that specialises in helping buyers locate properties.

"They are here to present projects of those builders who have not been able to make it to the exhibition," said Manoj Kochery, managing director of Identity Events, adding, "As vacations will start shortly, it is the right time for people to travel to Kerala and look at the projects."

The projects are based in places such as Kochi, Trivandrum, Thrissur, Guruvayur, Irinjalakuda, Kottayam, Kannur and Munnar.

Joseph VT of Desai Homes said, "We are mainly showcasing three projects based in Kochi and Ernakulam, in the exhibition. DD Diamond that has just launched, DD Misty Hills that is complete and DD Greenwoods that is nearing completion. The apartments range from 1BHK to 4BHKs ranging from Rs16.5 lakh to Rs2 crore."

Nucleus Properties will have their apartment project Riva Apartment on display. "We have 2BHK to 4BHK apartments in Edapally. The main feature is that the apartment is 2.2km away from metro station and Lulu Mall and close to Amrita Institute of management and the hospital.

The exhibition will take place at Celebration Banquet Hall that is located near Vashi railway station.
