Lucky fans!
For the fans present, it was a moment to remember. Juhu resident Anagha Parekh, who has been a Lucky Ali fan since her school days, said that it was a trip through memory lane. “I had no idea he was performing. I just happened to be at the mall on Friday when I heard his voice. It was a lovely surprise and at the end, I was humming tunes that were popular in the 1990s,” she laughs.
Parel resident Jigar Shah said that he already knew that Lucky Ali was performing that evening and had made it a point to leave work early to attend the concert. “I’ve been a fan of his since I was a child. It’s a lovely experience watching him perform live. I wish he would release more albums,” Shah said.
