Changing times

With Republic Day just around the corner, we are on the final lap of our How Safe Is Your City campaign (http://dnaindia.com/HSIYC). In this edition, we checked out the public health quotient of tourist hotspots in our city and are glad to say that it is quite high. Now that we know where we stand, let us go a step further and decide as responsible citizens to not only keep up the good work but to better it. The spirit of being proactive seems to be catching up!
Chatting up with youngsters, dna found that they are all for good governance. The apathy towards politics has been replaced by a zeal to see and bring about positive changes in the political scenario.

In our Super Society series, we are happy to bring to you the first cooperative housing society in Mumbai, which successfully strikes a fine balance between modernity and heritage. Do write in to tell us the USP of your society and you may soon find it on our pages.

Look around you and write in to tell us what else is happening in your locality and the special people who are initiating it. This edition, we bring you Shaival Chandra and Samiksha Toprani, your neighbourhood achievers who followed their hearts and went all out to transform their dreams into reality.

Let’s converse.
