Pune-based Vascon Engineers Ltd has filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DHRP) with market regulator SEBI to raise funds from the public.
"We are awaiting SEBI's approval to list 1.08 crore equity shares," Vascon Engineers Managing Director R Vasudevan told PTI.
The issue would constitute 11.95% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.
The company, engaged in construction of IT parks, malls and residential and commercial buildings, has an order book of Rs3,378 crore.
It is currently executing 8.75 lakh sq ft IT park in Gurgoan. It is also developing a multi-level car parking for the Delhi Airport at a cost of Rs248 crore, apart from other projects.
