Transport Corp buys 51% in Infinite Logistics

Transport Corp of India said on Friday that it has acquired 51% in Infinite Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd. The remaining 50% stake in Infinite Logistics will be held by Container Corp of India Ltd, the company said.
