The company plans to scale up its dealership network to 75 by the end-2010 from 65 at present.

SkodaAuto December sales up by 52%

Car maker SkodaAuto India today  said it has sold 1,113 units in December as compared to 732 units in the year-ago period, registering a growth of 52%.

"We expect the momentum to continue. A stronger response to our products and services will help drive growth in the coming year, with the launch of Yeti in 2010," SkodaAuto India board member, sales and marketing, Thomas Kuehl, said in a press release.

The company plans to scale up its dealership network to 75 by the end-2010 from 65 at present.

SkodaAuto India is a subsidiary of SkodaAuto, which makes four models in India – Skoda Superb, Skoda Octavia, Skoda Laura and Skoda Fabia.
