Rajasthan and Gujarat are in talks with the William J Clinton Foundation to install solar power units of 3 megawatts each, Farooq Abdullah, minister for new and renewable energy, said on Friday.
India is shortly going to unveil its Solar Mission, a policy framework to boost solar power generation in the country, he told reporters at the sidelines of a conference.
