State-run Punjab National Bank said on Monday it has bought 63.64% stake in JSC Dana Bank, Kazakhstan for 3.5 billion Tenge or $23.76 million.
As part of the transaction, Punjab National Bank has bought 35 million shares of JSC Dana Bank, it said in a statement to the stock exchange.
