Property developer Peninsula Land said on Friday it had received Rs2.75 billion from Alok Realtors Pvt Ltd for sale of property in the central Mumbai.
This is part of a Rs11 billion deal, of which Peninsula Land has already received Rs4.65 billion, the company said in a statement to the BSE.
