Peninsula Land said on Tuesday it has got additional Rs1.6 billion from Alok Realtors Pvt Ltd for sale of space at Peninsula Business Park.
On November 19, the company got Rs2.75 billion from Alok Realtors for sale of 641,000 square feet at Peninsula Business Park, it said in a statement to the BSE.
Till date, the total cash and cash equivalent with Peninsula Land Ltd is Rs6.85 billion, it added.
