Bangalore-based MetricStream, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with US headquartered Lear Corporation to provide its GRC (governance, risk, compliance) platform and solutions for risk-based internal audits management.

Lear Corporation is a leading global supplier of automotive seating systems, electrical distribution systems and electronics, according to a MetricStream release.

Gaurav Kapoor, CFO and general manager at MetricStream, said the company's GRC solution suite helps corporations looking to centralise functions like audits, governance, policies, risk and compliance, utilise a common database for internal controls, standardise their auditing and control assessment workflows, among others.
