JK Paper says to invest Rs14 billion add capacity

JK Papers Ltd is planning to invest Rs14 billion over the next two years to add capacity of 200,000 tonnes, a top official said.

"Post-expansion, our total paper capcity would go up to 400,000 tonnes per annum. This will translate into an additional revenue of Rs800 crores," managing director Harsh Pati Singhania, told Reuters in a sidelines of a conference.

The firm's revenue in FY09 stood at around Rs13 billion.
