Founders of Patni Computer Systems Ltd have sold 3,83,000 shares in the company through open market sale, the company said in a communique to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) today.
Patni Computer said that Amit Kumar Patni, son of GK Patni, Director of the company sold 1,16,500 shares in an open market sale.
Arihant Patni, son of G K Patni also sold 1,16,500 shares in the open market, while Sadhna Patni, wife of AK Patni, director of the company, sold 1,50,000 shares in the open market, the NSE notice said. Over the last few days, there has been speculation of a stake-sale by Patni Computer Services’ promoters.
