Tata Teleservices said on Thursday it had given China's Huawei Technologies a contract to roll out the company's third-generation mobile network.
Financial details of the contract were not mentioned in the statement issued by Tata Teleservices, in which Japan's biggest mobile phone operator NTT DoCoMo Inc holds a 26% stake.
