Bangalore: Axis Bank launched a three-day "Home For All" exposition showcasing a wide array of properties, across price points and categories here today.

Over 45 of city's top developers were participating in the expo showcasing over 250 projects (sites, flats, row houses and villas) priced from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 5 crore, Manju Srivatsa, president, Retail Banking, Axis Bank, told reporters unveiling the expo.

Coinciding with the Expo, the bank has extended repayment period of the standard home loan to the maximum tenure of 25 years. In another variant of the home loan product called the "step down product", the customer will pay a higher EMI when the combined family income is higher and a lower EMI when the family income has reduced over a period of time.

Moreover, the customer could close the loan before its maturity with no repayment penalty being charged by the bank.

Similar expositions wouldbe organised at major locations. The special offer on interest rates for home loans would till December 10, Srivatsa said.

The expo, Srivatsa said, "provides a platform for buyers and sellers to come together and offer propective home buyers easy financing, all under one roof".
