Private sector Axis Bank has bought a property in central Mumbai from Bombay Dyeing where it will shift its corporate headquarters.
An Axis Bank spokesperson confirmed the deal but declined to reveal its value.
It is, however, understood that the deal is worth Rs782 crore.
The lender will shift its corporate headquarters from Cuffe Parade in south Mumbai to central Mumbai by the end of the current fiscal.
