The mega property exhibition of Builders Association of Navi Mumbai (BANM), which is all set to kick off from today at the sparkling Cidco's exhibition centre in Vashi, has a lot to offer to home buyers. They can get on-the-spot offers ranging from electronic gadget to scratch cash coupon.
Home buyers are eagerly waiting for Navi Mumbai's annual property exhibition, as they get chance to choose property of their choice that fits their budget. On the other hand, developers do not want to leave any stone unturned to woo buyers.
While some of them have been offering cash discount for on-the-spot booking, a few of them are giving electronic gadgets.
For instance, Prajapati Group is offering iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 for on-the-spot booking. For its Dronagiri project, the group is giving iPhone 5 for booking a 2BHK flat, while iPhone6 with a 3BHK. The group is also offering an opportunity to the buyer to pay 80% at fit-out through easy EMI.
Shelton Group also has similar offer for its Shelton Saphire, exclusively for offices, in Belapur, of which 80% construction has already been completed. There is offer for buyers to pay 70% amount at fit-out through easy EMIs.
Arihant Superstructures Ltd is offering 44 sq feet area free for on-the-spot booking. "The buyers will have to pay less for 44 sq feet of the total area if they book the flat on that day itself," said Ashok Chajjer, director of Arihant Superstructures Ltd. The group has also other attracting offers for the four-day exhibition.
Space India Builders and Developers is giving assured cash price to those who book flats on the spot. The group is offering scratch cash coupon, which will have up to Rs5 lakh cash price, for its Balaji Shimphony project. Apart from this, the group is also offering booking at just Rs1,001.
Among big offers, Progressive Group is offering a customer satisfaction. "Our premium projects will give a complete customer satisfaction. We will offer discounted price," said Dewang Trivedi of Progressive Group.
Fortune Group is giving a direct Rs500 discount on per sq feet for its three projects. The group is having three major projects, including in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.
National Builders, which is coming up with premium projects in the city, has assured that buyers would get the best deal. "There is a lot of competition and offers at the exhibition are already at discounted prices," said MC Sunny of National Builders.
Shah Group is giving a cash discount for on-the-spot booking of plot at Mangaon. The group is offering 250 sq feet plots at Mangaon at Rs5 lakh. This price is only valid for booking during exhibition. The group claims that the price after exhibition will be Rs 7 lakh. Apart from this, for its Kharghar project, they are giving Rs300 direct discount on per sq feet.
