Ujjivan Fin to launch small finance bank in January - March

Ujjivan Financial Services is expecting its small finance bank licence from the Reserve Bank of India very soon, Cogencis said in an alert. 

The financial services companies said it is aiming to launch operations in the January - March period and is expected to convert 200 current outlets into branches in the first year of its operations. 

The company said it will provide competitive retail rates for loans and competitive bulk deposit rates.

Ujjivan informed the BSE recently that it will convene a board meeting on November 9, to announce its September quarter-ended results and January - September results.
