Airports Authority of India Recruitment 2016: Here's how you can apply at www.aai.aero

The post of Junior Executive has 220 vacancies in various departments. Airports Authority of India has finalised April 18 as the date from which the application process commences. Last day for submission of applications and payment of examination fee is May 24, 2016.

Good news for those seeking a job in the Aviation industry, because the Airports Authority of India (AAI) has called for applications to fill in approximately 220 vacancies for the post of Junior Executive. AAI has now invited applications from eligible candidates who would undergo the recruitment process and fill in the vacancies in various streams.

While April 18, 2016 is the date when the application process commences, May 17, 2016 has been finalised for the closure of the admission applications. Ministry of Civil Aviation looks over the matters of Airports Authority of India. 

Details of the currently vacant posts:

Junior Executive (Information Technology): 20 posts 
Junior Executive (Civil): 50 posts 
Junior Executive (Electrical): 50 posts 
Junior Executive (Airport Operations): 100 posts 

The salary for these has been estimated to be between Rs 16,400 to Rs 40,500 per month . An approximate CTC of Rs 6.9 lakh per year. 

Several criteria are to be adhered to, these are: 

Required educational qualifications:

A minimum of 60% marks in degree, and candidates currently pursuing their final year are eligible as well. 

Junior Executive (Electrical): B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical engineering 
Junior Executive (IT): B.E/ B.Tech in Computer science/ Computer engineering/ IT 
Junior Executive (Airport Operations): Graduate in science and MBA (regular) or Bachelors degree in engineering. 
Valid driving license is essential for JE (Airport Operations). 

Selection procedure:

Selections will be based on the performance in the written test, followed by an interview. Screening process also dependent upon the details that the candidate furnishes. An essential requirement of an LMV license for the post of Junior Executive (Airport Operations) 

Age Limit-

As on May 31, 2016, the maximum age limit should not exceed the following:
General category: 27 years 
OBC: 30 years
SC/ST: 32 years
