Ratan Tata invests undisclosed amount in Zivame

Online lingerie portal has joined the long line of start-ups that have received funding from Ratan Tata, according to media reports. However, as is the case with most fundings extended by Tata, the amount of the investment is unknown.

So far, Tata Group Chairman Emeritus has already invested in nearly 15 start-ups and e-commerce companies. 

Launched by retail marketing person Richa Kar, the company already boasts of funding from ADG Ventures, Kalaari Capital and Unilazer Ventures. 

Zivame boasts of having 5,000 different styles of lingerie on offer, across 50 different brands. 

Before this, Ratan Tata's most recent investment was in the online food service, HolaChef.
