The list has named Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the 13th most influential person in the world, which is topped by US chairperson Janet Yellen, followed by Xi Jinping, President of China, and Tim Cook on the third place.
Bloomberg said that half the people in the list were new entrants, adding that the Asia's representation on the Top 50 list this year was the biggest so far.
Bloomberg has said that "half the people on the list have never appeared on it before", stating that they consider recent accomplishments over lifetime achievements to make the list.
