Indian business magnate Mukesh Ambani has been reportedly ranked first in Forbes' list of 'world's billionaires' in India.

Ranked number 40 in the world list, Ambani stands first amongst the list of Indians, followed close by Lakshmi Mittal at the second position.

According to Forbes, Mukesh Ambani's net worth is estimated at 18.6 billion dollars, while Mittal, rated world number 52, has a net worth of 16.7 billion dollars.

Mukesh Ambani's brother, Anil Ambani stands at net worth of 5 billion dollars at number 8 in the list of Indians and ranked number 281 in the global list.
