MHADA Lottery 2016: Here's how you can check your result

Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has announced the results of lottery for 4,275 affordable homes in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) under the Konkan Housing and Area development Board.

Surprisingly, the department has not released a list of the winners this year. They have ditched the PDF format. Now all one has to do is to log go to their website and check the result. There is a procedure how you can check whether you are that lucky one.

Once you click the link it will take you to the landing page. Then follow the procedure to check the result of MHADA Lottery 2016:

Step 1: Enter your application number in the box as shown in the figure below. Then click "View Result" button.

In case you don't have your application number, you can follow the further procedure to obtain it.

Step 2: First log in to your account with your ID and Password as shown in the figure below.

Step 3: When you log in to your account, it will take you to your application number. Copy the application number as shown n the figure below.

Step 4: Paste the application number in the slot and Voila! Check your result.

It released 183 flats in Thane (164 in Kavesar and 19 in Balkum), 310 at Mira Road, 3,755 in Virar and 27 in Vengurla.
