* Imperial Holding Group, which is into aviation business, today said it is investing Rs 480 crore to develop a luxury housing project at Shimla in Himachal Pradesh.

Imperial Realty and Developments, a subsidiary of Imperial Holding, is developing total 270 units in this 20- acre project.

"We are developing our first project Auramah Valley near Naldera golf course at Shimla comprising 200 apartments, 50 duplexes and 20 villas in this project over three phases. The construction cost of this project is Rs 480 crore," Imperial Holding group Chairman Manav Singh said.

Vipul gives contract to Leighton India for Gurugram proj * Realty firm Vipul Ltd today said it has given contract to Leighton India, to construct the first phase of its project in Gurugram.

Leighton India Contractors Pvt Ltd is a part of the CIMIC Group, which is Australia's major constructing and contracting company. It started operations in India in 1998.

This will be Leighton India's fourth major construction project in India following Maker Maxity and Ten BKC both in Mumbai, IKEA retail outlet in Hyderabad and DLF Camelias in Delhi-NCR.
