"I want the entire hiring scenario to change. When I graduated in 2013, there were hardly any jobs and i ended up wasting an entire year deciding whether to study further or wait for work. Hope, the plans rolled out by the new government help in improving scenario for the youth, " said Nigel D'Souza, a job seeker.
