Berger Paints starts commercial production at Pune plant

Leading paint company Berger Paints has started commercial production at its Jejuri plant near Pune.

The plant would manufacture automotive and general industrial paints and would have a production capacity of 4800 kilolitres per annum.

The facility would strengthen the company's supply capabilities in respect of automotive and general industrial paints, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Total capacity of automotive and general industrial paints would ride to 24,000 kiloliters per annum in phases.
