Bajaj Auto launches KTM RC 390, RC 200 today

Bajaj Auto today launched the KTM RC range of bikes in India. 

At a launch event in Pune, Bajaj Auto launched the KTM RC 390 at Rs 2.25 lakh and the KTM RC 200 at Rs 1.71 lakh (both prices, ex-Delhi). 

The company also opened the booking option for the bikes on Thursday. 

Bajaj Auto, in a press release said, "As with all KTMs, the RC range are also race-ready motorcycles with the KTM RC 390 boasting of premium features like the ride-by-wire, slipper clutch, ABS while the RC 200 comes with class-leading features like aluminium swingarm, trellis frame and upside down suspension."

Both the bikes get all-new racing graphics and th RC 390 can produce 43.5 PS of power while the RC 200 can put out 25 PS of power. 

Bajaj Auto said it will grow its showroom network to 450 outlets from the current 325 by March 2018. 

While launching the new KTMs, Bajaj Auto President (Probiking) Amit Nandi said, "The new KTM RC 390 is packed to the gills with cutting-edge racing features and the new KTM RC 200 is an exciting upgrade over the previous model. With these products we will strengthen our already dominant position in the premium sports segment."
