Railways will get three pillars for development -- New revenues, new norms, restructure.
India Railways have a saving of Rs 8,720 crore from previous budget estimates, Prabhu said. This year, "we hope to generate revenues to the order of Rs 1,84,820 crores," he added.
The Indian Railways is an organisation that has stood the test of time, Prabhu said.
