After looking at Saif Ali Khan's obviously fake-looking wound on the album cover, you sort of decide not to expect too much from the album. But when you listen to the first song sung by Sonu Niigaam and Shreya Ghosal, you realise that at least Salim and Sulaiman Merchant definitely have their heart in the right place.

You will start humming 'Shukran Allah' after just one hearing and that's the magic of simple melody and light music arrangements that we have almost seemed to have forgotten. Niranjan Iyengar chooses some Arabic lines to make the romantic song catchy too.

Shruti Pathak brings amazing intensity, sexiness and pain to the song 'Rasiya'. With minimal use of instruments, she had to carry the song on her shoulders. The young singer comes out tops proving that she has the sexiest voice in Bollywood today and is a singer to watch out for.

But there's more gloom in this album with the song 'Ali Maula'. The song though loses its essence in the remix version. Sukhwinder Singh and Kailash Kher are back together and they intensify the affair with 'Dua'. Vishal Dadlani provides the added edge to the almost heavy rock composition 'Kurbaan Hua'.

Salim-Sulaiman bring out a simple, minimalistic and intense album while strictly sticking to the film's script.
