| Kolkata will be pretty pleased with their efforts with the ball! They have conceded just 24 runs in the last 4 overs and that should tell you how beautifully they bowled in the death overs. Delhi started off really well with Samson and Nair. Once the latter departed, Shreyas Iyer continued the good work. He along with Samson accounted for a 75-run stand and it seemed like the visitors will make it big. |
| However, the 16th over from Nathan Coulter-Nile turned the tides in the hosts' favour as he picked up two wickets in the same over. Delhi found it difficult to score towards the end as the home side were right on the money. Coulter-Nile was the standout bowler, picking up a 3-fer. Once again their spinners Narine and Kuldeep were magnificent in their respective spells to dry up the runs. |
