A new restaurant was recently launched in mid-town Mumbai amidst lights, celebrities and various shades of the colour purple. The restaurant, the brainchild of chefs Sanjay Malkhani, Bill Marchetti and Max Orlati was entirely illuminated in purple including the  lounge bar with an array of cocktails — coco martinis, margaritas and mojitos. A board was put up on the wall with the restaurant name written on it, where folk came and wrote their comments and impressions. Farzana Contractor, Esther and Raju Daswani, Sharon Prabhakar,  Vijay Kalantri and Ashish Raheja were some who came in and celebrated.
