The party season has just kicked-started. Kunika Singh and the Delhi-based Samir Modi, the latter who has got down a most popular international clothes brand to India, hosted a select cocktail party and private sale of the brand’s Autumn/Winter 2009 ‘Kaleidoscope’ Collection. The ladies who made it to the preview were Anu Ranjan, Rosa Catalano, Bhairavi Jaikishan, Sameena Khan, Chhaya Momaya, Roopa Fabiani, Tejaswini Kolhapuri, Pria Kataria Puri and Archana Kochhar. The male element was seen with Aditya Pancholi, Sunil Lulla, Lascelles Symons, Azeem Khan and Surendra Hiranandani. The regular chatter during the evening was, “So what’s the plan for Christmas and the New Year?” The society ladies went on to say oh maybe just Singapore or Koh Samui. Whoever said, recession is upon us?
