It’s a wonderful ad, but the case took more than 12 years to resolve. All these years the agency had to appear in court with all the pain and formalities. I think it will just send a severe reminder to all the creative guys to not create something like this ever because somebody on the lunatic fringe will take offence and you will have to pay for something which is not wrong.
