Artist Jagannath Paul’s latest art collection titled The Sixth Chakra presented by Sapna Kar, was inaugurated by actress Nandana Sen. The latter gushed all evening about how impressed she was by the artist’s works, first because he always painted women and secondly because he had a Bengali sensibility. Her attire for the evening, an elegant pink sari, was an interesting change from her usual short numbers. Parvez Damania made sure he did not give the event a miss, scrutinising every painting while he was there. Also spotted discussing the artist’s works closely were guests Sameer Mondal, Shomshuklla Das, Milon Mukherjee as well as gallerists Sanjay Wadhwa and Prriya Shah.
