The preview of Sakti Burman’s show of serigraphs was hosted by art collector Lavesh Jagasia who welcomed guests enthusiastically into the compact art gallery. Sakti’s wife Maite was there by his side as fellow artists like Jehangir Sabavala and wife Shirin, Kahini Arte-Merchant, Brinda Chudasama Miller and others came in to wish the artist on a day that also happened to be his 75th birthday.  Poonam Bhagat dropped in for a dekho at the works as did Laila Khan and Farhan Furniturewala. Shanti and Sumeet Chopra, Bose Krishnamachari, and Samir Mondal were the others who came in before the party moved on to a nearby restaurant to continue with the birthday celebrations.
