For friends...

Viren Shah threw a party for his friends at his residence on the spur of the moment. Says Viren, "We are celebrating Brinda Parekh and Bhairavi Goswami's Bollywood entries and so decided to have a small get-together." Some of those who dropped in to wish Brinda and Bhairavi included Ken Ghosh Sandhya Shetty, Umaesh and Suniti Pherwani and  Kashmera Shah and her boyfriend Krishna Abhishek.  The cricket match was pretty much on everybody's minds yesterday, including the guests who huddled around the television screen to catch up on what turned out to be an   Indian victory.
