Clearly, the main protagonist of the evening was Bose Krishnamachari, who’s completed 20 years in the art fraternity. On the occasion art enthusiasts got to see one of his best shows  — LaVa — which includes among other things a private collection of his own works as well as those of international artists. Some of those who came in to congratulate him included fellow artist Laxman Shreshtha, Haseena Jethmalani, Tasneem Mehta, Prerna Goel, Vinod Advani and Anil Dharker. Says Tasneem Mehta, “I’d seen bits of the exhibition before but what I most like about Bose is his incredible energy and his ability to bring different worlds together —the artists and  collectors, for example. I intend going back once more to the gallery to have a really thorough look.”
