It was a party that revved up the night, as foodie couple Deepa and Suhas Awchat welcomed friends and well-wishers to celebrate 21 years of their restaurant. It kicked off with Deepa’s new cookbook being launched by actor Shreyas Talpade and his pretty wife Deepti. One spotted Dilip Piramal enjoying a platter of prawns. Gary Richardson caught up with Viren Shah. As traditional Goan fare made the rounds, Bharat Dabholkar couldn’t decide on what to eat first at the place that is his old haunt. Milind Soman dropped in as well as Zeba and Rajesh Kohli. Dolly Thakore and Sandip Soparrkar needed no invitation and were the first to hit the dance floor to the Goan melodies playing.
