Mumbai: They say an Italian man can bring out the true beauty in a woman. So believes Allesandro Gariboldi, the founder of the latest non-surgical liposuction technology.

Get slim the Monica Bellucci way, suggests Allesandro Gariboldi.

He explains, "Our systems are radiation based. Over the last few decades physio-therapists have been using infrared rays, since they are aware of the healing properties of the heat whichaids the process of muscle relaxing and tissue self-healing. This is because heat relaxes all of the muscles including the muscle tunic and arterial vessels so that there is subsequent vaso-dilatation."

Simply put -- infrared rays help melt the fat off your body. What is new, however, is the use of this treatment in the world of beauty therapy.Of course, it is not enough simply to turn on the infrared lamp in order to get your desired results. Research has recently shown that in addition to the heating effect, infrared rays have an important biological effect on the mitochondria (the energy giving organs found in cells), as they help these to produce adenosine triphosphate -- the real source of energy in our cells.

So is Allesandro treating male clients too? He says, "In the past six months, there have been more than 45 per cent men coming to the clinic. We also get people from the glamour world come for a treatment. Monica Bellucci and Sabrina Ferilli are our regular clients in Italy."

Allesandro says, "The response in India has been phenomenal. I think India as a country is very open and experimental in trying out new technology. In India we have had two to three models come for the treatment."

He concludes, "Weight loss is not just a procedure, it is a lifestyle change. So, we tell our customers, that they should exercise and eat right, otherwise there is no point to getting any surgery done."
