To overcome worry/anger
Zarine says, “Don’t put anger aside as then you would be repressing it. Sit aside quietly and analyse the problem from an observer’s angle and detach yourself from the problem.” Zarine claims that every problem has a matter and a spirit. Dealing with matter is dealing with it on the surface level. Zarine explains, “You need to know and realise what the problem has come to teach you. And once you realise this, the problem will not recur.”
On your breath
Observing your breath is also a great solution to be more positive towards life. Zarine says, “Practice slow rhythmic breathing. It helps purify our mind and body. It also settles down your hormones.”
On a light meditation
Zarine informs that five minutes of this special meditation will be beneficial. “Imagine the divine white healing light from the source of energy above entering your body. See the light filling all the parts of your body and gradually filling you completely.”
For the ego-centric mind Zarine advices that it is important we are that we live in gratitude as it improves your aura.
